Main pools were good but needed to be cleaned more - lots of cups left overnight (I know people should clean up after themselves but they dont so more staff cleaning the pool area and pool would be good) Cups at the bar should be reusable plastic too. This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!
