I came to the Hotel at 12:30am for check in and the man at the desk said he no longer had rooms. I had a reservation confirmed and paid by Expedia. On the form it said I had until 5:00 am to check in. He said it was given away at 12:00pm and told me to call the manager back on Monday. Very bad customer service.

Don't come here. These people play dumb and lie. My room had a toilet that was falling apart and missing important hardware. After I told them they said there were no more rooms until the maintenance man said it had to be replaced!!! It's loud, scummy and management is trained to say NO!!!!!

The beds didn’t have any comforters only the bedding. I requested one to the attendant and she said they couldn’t get me one because laundry room was closed. The mattress on one of the beds was old and wobbly. It felt like it was going to breakdown.

The room that I was given had hairs in the bedsheets in addition to a disgusting floor that looks like they use the same mop water over and over again. With lots of urine stains that the on duty manager claimed was the way the tile is until I forced him to clean it where all he did was wipe it away without disenfecting the area and not relocating me to a cleaner room.

The door to the room had clearly been broken in before. Did not close properly and left us ladies feeling unsafe. Asked for another room and the floors were super sticky… also, sketchy people around property… we said nope and checked back out. Desk person could not authorize a refund. Manager never reached out either so we never got a refund. Stayed somewhere else, paid for 2 hotels since we did not get refund.

Extremely dirty except the bedding was clean and smelled clean, the toilet and sink were clean as well the rest was extremely dirty. The door/locks were so old and weird we didn’t feel safe. Outside around the building not very clean either. It’s in big need to be renovated. Staff was friendly. We were told shuttle service was available any time a day but when we got to the airport I called for shuttle service and the lady who answered with a very weird ton oh no ma’am we can’t do shuttle service today but then a male took the phone and said yes we can but our driver is not available he will come in an hour, which was very inconvenient. We were tired from travelling and had made sure we could get to the hotel right away but had to wait over an hour for shuttle service.

Worst and dirtiest place I have ever stayed in- bugs, stained towels, stains on the sheets, some sort of dried fluids on the furniture, hair in the sheets and all over the bathroom floor. It was as if housekeeping didn't even bother doing the bare minimum in cleaning the room after the prior guests. I knew it wouldn't be a 5 star hotel, and I've stayed in plenty of motels before, but I could never have imagined how dirty and disgusting the place would be. Within an hour I decided I'd cut my losses and book a different hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
