Great location and close to MTR. We chose the hotel because of the family room,(bedroom and seperate room with bunk beds and small sofa) we knew from reviews the rooms would be small and they are, even tiny for a family of four. Once you have three or four suitcases in the bunk bed room especially open there is nowhere to walk. You couldn't open a suitcase in the main bedroom except on the bed. Only one tiny toilet and shower room. The room lighting controls are a real frustration as was the low amount of lighting in the room with bunk beds. Staff and cleanliness all very good. We didn't get this at good price so that reflects on the value for money so downgrading an otherwise 4 star review.

Overall a good stay, only the room cleanliness of the room, we stayed in a studio room 620, the curtain is a bit dusty when we draw the curtain as the divider to cut the lighting from the toilet, we didn't like the connecting room was assigned to us when we requested the room away from the main lift, but the connecting room sound proof is really bad, can hear the noise from the next room clearly thru up the night, as well the cigarette smell from the next door. Room slipper is inferior quality, only good for those 2 star hotel, not for Eaton standard. Supply of those coming from mainland really doesn't cost much, less than a dollar of HKD, we didn't stay much of the time in the room, yet we need to change the slipper on daily basic. Pillow is the worse of all facilities in the room, too thin, even with two you sleep on it. Change your pillow and slipper to match your 4 star rating. Staff are friendly and efficient, keep up the good work for FO team for the speedy check in/out process.

Excellent and convenient location with multiple dinning option onside. 7Eleven across the street, bus stop on the other side of hotel. Temple street night market 2 blocks away with great shopping and local food options

Room too small, table too small, tv above shelf table , when I turn on tv, eating a take out, the tv screen flashing in front of my eyes and I sit on the chair must be place in front of bath room door. My roommate often say excuse me. I need to get up let her to pass.
