"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Tenerife – True Luxury at Its Finest! We have stayed at Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, and I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton, Tenerife, has once again exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was simply outstanding. We stayed in The Retreat, in a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with Ocean View, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and professionally by the staff. We were transported by car to the private check-in area, where we were offered refreshing drinks and made to feel incredibly special. Although check-in was at 4 pm and we had to wait a little while for our suite, the hotel ensured we were comfortable and could enjoy its wonderful facilities, along with complimentary drinks and delicious nibbles included as part of our suite experience. "I'll start by saying that our expectations were far exceeded. Admittedly, as a US based traveling couple, we had never heard of Royal Garden Villas previously and simply found this property through the use of AI and comparisons to Bali. Once we arrived, we were delighted with our reception and check-in process, the first walk through of the room and exterior patio were better than any pictures on the internet, and we kept it simple our first night and ordered room service. Our first morning, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, with plenty of options to satisfy the pickiest of palates. And we noticed on subsequent mornings, the buffet menu changed, keeping it from becoming predictable and even making it a little exciting to see what what was new that morning. Housekeeping was quick and complete, never intruding upon our time in our villa. Room service was often delivered ahead of the promised time. Although this property is not directly located on the shoreline, it is within 5 to 10 minutes via taxi. The benefit of this is that we were able to escape the busy parts of Adeje and La Caleta but had ready access to restaurants whenever we felt like venturing out. And the views from the villas, across the golf course and towards both the city lights and shoreline more than made up for our distance from the water. This is a peaceful and quiet property. Its a great option for couples. We hope to return one day as we will always cherish our memories from this trip."

"Our stay, was exceptional from start to finish. To be greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne, and selecting a room fragrance is a perfect start. Having private access to the pool was nice to enable a cool dip during the warm afternoons. The spacious terrace was well-furnished with decent sunbeds, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. There is a great selection of high-quality breakfast products, including several sourdough bread options and plenty of seeds, nuts, fresh fruit, and yoghurt for the health-conscious, plus a good variety of cooked options. The minor gripes for us: Firstly, not the hotels fault, there were the odd inconsiderate guests who felt the need to be heard by everyone or to use a mobile phone on hands free in a restaurant. We used to hotel shuttle to dine at Il Bocconcino one evening and informed both the concierge and the shuttle driver that we were dining there. We were dropped at the main hotel reception and told we had to walk outside, along the road, to the reception other end of the complex. The driver could have dropped us at the other reception (driver drove past us) or we could have been offered the internal shuttle. This could be a real inconvenience in the height of summer when trekking down the road in eveningwear, when you'll be sitting outside with no aircon. Beyond those minor details, it remains an absolute sanctuary for a couples' getaway in Costa Adeje, and would definitely return."
