"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The spa was excellent, the room was beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean, and the swimming pools and surroundings were absolutely stunning. The only disappointing part of our stay was the restaurant, “Le Top”. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The atmosphere felt quite stressful, and the service was not as warm or attentive as we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Apart from the experience at the restaurant, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The setting, facilities and room were all outstanding. We would simply hope for a more pleasant and professional service at the restaurant in the future."

Nightly events were fun and engaging. One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience."
