"This is a beautiful condo with a spectacular roof top pool. There is everything you need right outside your door. Super clean. Great communication with the managers. The only negetive was in the neighbourhood surrounding were multiple dogs barking all day and all night. Also some of the little restaurant/bars outside were also noisy and went late in the mornings. "Excellent service and friendly staff. Activities for both Adults and children. Mini bar has limited selections for drinks but they do replenish them if you ask. There’s a shop next to the main theater to purchase drinks, food or gift items. You can travel to the other RIU Jalisco hotel as well but are not allowed to eat breakfast or dinner. You can only have lunch there. I don’t feel the food was the best but that’s my opinion. Even some of their themed restaurants (Italian, Steakhouse, Japanese) were ok. They have long wait times depending on the time you arrive and when you’re seated the time to get your food is pretty long. "
