"I stayed in the kitchenette with convenient microwave and silverware and plates so I can have small meals with my family. The bed was very comfortable. I think the sofa bed was OK. The hotel location is very convenient. Very close to all the destinations we planned my stay included parking in a self parking building which was about seven minutes from the hotel. It was very convenient because it is in the middle of the downtown so very useful to have a parking spot. The check-in was very fast and stuff very friendly."

"Housekeeping was terrible! They didn’t clean our room for 3 days despite requesting housekeeping. The room had no body wash despite requesting it multiple times. The room was dusty and absolutely had not been cleaned for days/weeks. The hotel had several roof leaks. There was mold and mushrooms growing on the ceiling of the breakfast area. There was a male working in reception. His name started with an I who was not very nice or helpful. He didn’t answer our calls and was not busy when I went down to the lobby. We had asked for a fork and he never responded to our requests. The breakfast was not very good. It was the same thing every morning. No variety. Happy hour was also not very good. Snacks were mediocre at best! Would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. "

"My neck and my back are killing me and the staff forgot to give me my breakfast vouchers until my 3rd day. Then they refused to compensate me instead told me to go to complain to "Expedia". Cool. Great service. The lobby restaurant is decent. The staff there was cool. Sit at the bar and have a handshake. "

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is abysmal. The amenities literally just tick the boxes for absolute minimum. 1-ply, industrial-grade toilet paper, a bathroom without a ventilation fan, flimsy plastic toilet seat covers - this is a 4-star hotel? There was significant wear along the entire length of the dresser/minibar, as well as cosmetic damage to both lighted wall fixtures, closet shelves were visibly broken and unusable, even a hole that had rotted through one of the baseboards in the bathroom. The staff is clearly not versed in the term "hospitality" and constantly greet you with a dour face and a sour mood. Worst of all, by far, is the complete lack of insulation or sound deadening for a room that has ostensibly been renovated somewhat recently. Both nights of my stay I was kept awake until 4-5am by the sounds transmitted through the walls, pipes, and fixtures. Conversations, television programs, doorknobs, the 20th Century Fox fanfare when someone began a film at 3:30am. I was forced to hear it all. Keep in mind, I had walked over 12 miles BOTH of these days; I should have had no issue falling asleep. The checkout procedure was fast, which is handy, because you won't want to spend another second more than you have to when you realize what a mistake booking a room in this place is."

"Everything was great about the breakfast except the hostess that seated me. Everyone else at the hotel was friendly but she seemed to be put out seating me. She was on her phone at the front stand the entire breakfast after begrudgingly seating me while all the other staff was friendly and accommodating. Almost made me not want to go back."
