"I was a little worried after reading the reviews but! We loved the place! We had clean rooms, good sized bathroom, bunch mirrors for me and mom do our makeup without sharing one bathroom mirror. We were at the 4th floor and didn’t hear any noises. Also the hotel is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood and is 30 minutes walk to Washington Memorial and 10-15 minutes walk across the bridge to a nice shopping area. And 8 minutes walk from my favorite bakery Tatte. "

"People hang outside of the hotel restaurant/bar until well past midnight talking loudly. The noise makes it impossible to sleep in the rooms facing the front of the hotel. "

The breakfast option is just a $15 voucher for Le Pain Quotidien over the road, which will just about get you a croissant and a coffee, so don't pay more than that to add breakfast to your room. Bed comfy, room and shower were warm, aircon worked. Parking is just in local garages, which is a faff. The rooms were quite loud with noise from other guests and the road outside."
