"I have had the great pleasure of staying at COMO Metropolitan Bangkok since 2006, shortly after the hotel first opened, and I have been returning ever since. There are many reasons this property continues to stand out for me, and every time I try to put them into a review, I find myself running out of space — which says a lot. What has always impressed me most is the consistency. Year after year, visit after visit, COMO Metropolitan Bangkok has never disappointed. The hotel continues to deliver on every level: thoughtful management, excellent value, beautiful contemporary design, seamless check-in and check-out, and a genuine sense of pride in the upkeep and presentation of the property. Even after its most recent remodel, the hotel has retained what has always made it special: clean architectural lines, understated elegance, and a calm, refined atmosphere in the heart of Bangkok. COMO has always understood contemporary design, but design alone is not what makes a hotel memorable. It is the people. The management team deserves tremendous credit for continuing to hire and retain such devoted, cheerful, and highly professional staff. Their hospitality is impeccable — warm without being forced, efficient without feeling rushed, and always sincere. For me, COMO Metropolitan Bangkok remains one of those rare hotels where value, design, service, and consistency all meet beautifully. "My only negatives is the AC in my room did nit work to my liking. Took too long for my room to cool down. I booked a room with a washer machine but i got one without one. Other than that this hotel and location is amazing."

"Flawless stay from start to finish. Love the newly renovated design, with spacious rooms, excellent in-room amenities, and beautiful views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and while there was a little street traffic noise, the soundproofing was good enough that I slept well every night. The infinity pool was a great bonus too; it still felt like a proper place to swim laps, which is rare for a city hotel. The direct link to Dusit Central Park mall, which has plenty of restaurants and a supermarket, making it very easy to grab a coffee/ meal without even going outside."

"Eleven Hotel Bangkok was a real find. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city, and the staff were genuinely lovely, helpful, welcoming and professional throughout the stay. The rooms were very comfortable, with enormous beds that made it easy to properly relax after a busy day in Bangkok. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, the food was excellent, and the overall quality felt far higher than the price suggests. It is hard to believe Eleven Hotel is available at such a reasonable rate. It has quickly become one of my favourite places to stay in Bangkok, and I would happily return."
