Some oversight in rooms management as rooms prebooked 3 weeks ago was not ready on arrival at 11pm needing wait of extra 1.5 hour until past midnight when we're exhausted through air travel. "We had amazing time with them. The room (two bedroom) was clean and spacious; comes with washer and dryer, complimentary water bottles replenished every day. The staff at all level were fantastic. They tried to make their guests happy and welcomed. They are friendly, kind and attentive. Breakfast buffet was also great. They served fresh salad and fruits; Western, Asian, Indian food; eggs and pancake upon order; and they changed menus every day, you won’t get bored!! Pool is great as well. It is a perfect place to escape from the busy and steaming downtown Bangkok. Location is so convenient, BTS Sala Daeng Station is 10mins walk from the hotel and free shuttle service are available to nearby stations in the morning. They made our Bangkok stay fantastic, I mean it!! Thanks again, Marriott Vista team ;)"
