"Friendly staff and good room"

"Lovely hotel, we used the pool, the gym, the sauna and steam room and everything was excellent. We were really happy with our room, it was spacious and very clean. The tokens are a nice touch - used ours for a bath bomb and some GCP merch. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ornate and vast and they even had vegan options for us, clearly marked. The location is good, we took tuk tuks everywhere as well as their free shuttle to the metro. There is a 7-11 next door for snacks :) The staff are lovely and professional. I’m interested in trying the other hotels from Grande Centre Point after this stay. "

"The staff and service of this hotel was outstanding and far above anything you may have ever had. The rooms are beautiful, amazing views. And the rooftop bar is unparalleled with no tall buildings near. You see the entire city 360 degrees. This may have been the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at with an amazing price."

"We had a spectacular Premier balcony room with a corner of windows overlooking the river! It was perfectly cleaned each day and perfect in every way. I recommend to splurge on this. The buffet at the Next2 Cafe had an impressive array of delicious offerings. The location was also near perfect within walking distance to breakfast, lunch , dinner, massage, MRT, ferries, and even a money exchange next door. A great base to explore anywhere you want to go. The pool was great to enjoy after a hot day around town. The service was also impressive in every aspect. We took the complementary shuttle service to the pier area multiple times a day. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and a welcome back. We also stayed in 5 star hotels in Shanghai and Singapore during our trip, but this was the best overall experience. Now I know why it’s called the Shangri-La!"

"My wife and i always stay here while visiting Thailand. This time the receptionist recognised us and upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom suite absolutely amazing views 4 balconies panoramic views, breathtaking. As always super friendly staff and the breakfast is out of this world The only place to stay in Bangkok "

"Wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. The hotel has very good food and there is a nearby food court that is also tasty. Food trucks nearby too. Nice to have access to the skywalk next door. Staff is very good. Helped us with outside laundry pick up/delivery and transportation as needed. Excellent breakfast and good gym and pool. It is well located for tourist areas. No spa but there is one within a 5 mins walk. Highly recommend this hotel but know where you want to be as Bangkok traffic means it takes time to get places. Their metro is not all that convenient as you still have to walk when you get to your destination. "
