"This was my third stay at Galleria. The staff are always excellent. For the most part, the rooms are clean, comfortable, dark and quiet. If you look closely under the bed and in the corners though, the cleaning is less thorough. "What a great property. The facility is new and very well maintained. Stayed in one of their premier suites for four days and found it spacious, comfortable. The stay was during Bangkok's Norovirus shut down, so i had a lot of time on my hands and found the staff fantastic, very helpful."…""What a great property. "This is probably one of the newest hotels on Langkawi. Rooms are spacious and balconies have amazing sea view. Service is fantastic in fact I have never had such a great experience when staying in a hotel in Malaysia. Breakfast buffet has everything you can with for.
