PROS:
Clean room and bathroom. They provide enough towels for us.
CONS:
*Inefficient check-in service. I felt like there might be some bias going on. We arrived about 25 minutes early for check in time. After the check in process at the front desk, we were told to wait 20 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet. Check in time is at 2pm. It was around 1:40pm at this time so we were fine with waiting. Then, tell me why, all the other guests who came after us (all White guests) were able to check in right away! They can't say that those guests requested early check in coz I did to, ahead of time!
*Communicating with room service and housekeeping staff was a challenge. They kept misunderstanding us or do not understand us at all! I mean, just the egg in our breakfast order for room service was messed up. The staff asked me if we wanted our eggs scrambled, I said yes. She repeated, "scrambled" as a confirmation, I said yes, scrambled. Took about 45 minutes to deliver a simple American breakfast and the eggs were runny sunny side up. My niece even pointed it out to the person who delivered our food. She said we ordered scrambled eggs. The guy was like, scrambled. My niece was like, "yes, scrambled." Then the guy still proceeded to place the tray of food on the table and left.
*They only provided shampoos and soap for two on the first day. I had to call for more on our second day and they only gave us 1 set (when they know there were 2 of us in the room).
