"The hotel was clean and on a good location of you want to be close to Lumphini park. There is some renovations going on at the hotel, which wasn't too noisy or a big problem. But there is one major problem with this hotel at the moment: there is a huge construction site next to the hotel and they make very loud noise approximately from 9 am to 6 pm. So you can sleep at night but at day time it is impossible to spend time in the room. This is obviously only a temporary problem that the hotel...

"We had two stays at this hotel over two weeks and when we arrived for the first time at this hotel at around 9pm we were told our two rooms were "broken" and pushed to another hotel which was in a less than satisfactory area without shops and readily available taxis. It looks like we are not alone in experiencing being bumped to a less than satisfactory second option hotel. Also i always thought that the concierge/porter role was to help you, not hold you to ransom over getting a larger taxi...
