If there was another entrance, management should work with Grab to make the navigation & pricing reflect night-time access."

The service at breakfast also fell short, as they weren't able to cater to specific requests. Great stay overall, but the morning dining experience definitely needs an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel’s high standards."
