"The hotel is centrally located, right near public transportation and great shopping in walking distance. The room has a washer/dryer and full size fridge + microwave, excellent blackout shades and the rooms seemed pretty noise-proof, contributing to a good night’s sleep even with jet lag. The staff are super helpful. I debated staying in this hotel, among several choices, and am totally satisfied with that choice. Thank you to all the staff members (concierge, doormen, room cleaner(s) and wonderful front desk."

"Fantastic hotel in a great location, with a beautiful ambience and top-notch amenities. The property is impeccably clean and the overall vibe is excellent. However, the breakfast was a disappointment for a five-star international standard. The food was average, fruit options were very limited, and there was a complete lack of customized options. The service at breakfast also fell short, as they weren't able to cater to specific requests. Great stay overall, but the morning dining experience definitely needs an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel’s high standards."
