"Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and warm and patient in responding to our queries. The cleaning staff were also efficient and knew what we needed and top up what we needed, eg, hair towels. What’s more, there’s halal food just one floor below hotel. So the hotel is strategically well positioned to all the shopping places, Platinum mall, Pratunam market, Big C, Central World, December’s, etc We would return to the hotel again "
