"Modest facility with friendly staff in a convenient location for public transit. Breakfast was solid albeit a bit limited in selection. Great place to stay if you need easy access to the airport. Would definitely stay here again"
"The hotel is in a pleasant, predominantly 'locals' neighborhood with good eating options and markets. Walking distance to the end of the BKK airport skyway train line making it easy and inexpensive for a Bangkok layover. Quiet, safe and comfortable. "
"From the airport, train then BTS metro on station away then 3 min walk. 15mins walk to MBK building. Customer service was good except this one incident where they made me wait 20mins for a fresh towel. the 12 bed dorm had new comfy mattress and a curtain for privacy. The bathrooms are always clean. WiFi was good. free breakfast was a disappointment. kitchen and lounge space was good. 2 new computers free to use."
"Melhor hostel que ja fiquei! Lindo, organizado, limpo, alto astral. Banheiros enormes e impecáveis de limpos!
A equipe de la sempre disposta a ajudar, cafe da manha bom.
Adorei!"

"We had a really nice stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and room was very spacious and clean. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and were very happy with it. The buggy service to Siam Paragon was very convenient for us. There was a spread of different cuisines for breakfast which was amazing. On our last day, it was one of our friend’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast which was a nice touch! We also went to the spa, Thann Spa and enjoyed it very much. Overall, very happy with our experience here and will be back! Thank you for the great service! "
"It was an amazing stay in this hotel, front desk and concierge staffs were very nice with excellent hospitality.
I like the bright lighting in the room, very high ceiling, the washroom is big and new white tile floor felt like home. Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax.
We usually not to border for housekeeping during our stay, it is because we usually sanitize everything when we get to the room. This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before. I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful. I hope this hotel should monitor not to have this habit.
Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches, and during 5-7pm they have happy hour for most of the drinks which is very good deal.
Overall we like the hotel, convenient in location attached to BTS, will come back next time."
A stunning house and art collection that belonged to an American ex-pat who helped rediscover the lost art of silk making, before his mysterious disappearance.
