"For the first-time visit to Bangkok, I think this hotel is a very safe option. It is directly connected to Siam Paragon mall, easy access in a few minutes, fully sheltered. Next to Siam Paragon are a bunch of other shopping malls: Central World, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, etc. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. As we were travelling in a group of 4, the staff handling our check-in was so kind to get us the corner room with larger space, even when we didn't ask for it. I think...

"最新の設備のホテルとは違いますが、海外旅行初心者、英語も、タイ語も話せない私達家族を温かく迎えてくれました。 近くの朝市を案内してくれたりタクシーを手配してくれたり、船着き場まで案内してくれたり。 場所的には駅から結構歩くので体力のない方はお宿で手配して頂くか、グラブタクシーアプリ等でタクシー等を上手く利用された方が快適かと思います。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれますし、空港までの、タクシーの手配もお願いしました。荷物の引取にホテルに戻ると汗だくの私達にシャワーを使わせてくださり、差し入れまで下さいました。 エレベーターはありません。初めてゲストハウス的な宿を利用しましたので勝手がわからずドキドキしましたが、楽しかったです！ありがとうございました！"

"A nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Big spacious room with shower, bathtub, warm/washing/cleaning toilet seat. Funny water pool in "jungles", nice morning buffet with numerous tasty breakfast meals. On-site restaurant where we could take lunch and dinner. Walking distance to the nice Jim Thompson house/garden museum. Amazing staff. I stayed in the hotel for one week and will return there at the next trip to Bangkok. "

"Located at the heart of pratunam. It is very convenient location for massages, shopping and dining. Currently there are some piping construction going on aling the main road which might create some traffic delays nonetheless we enjoyed staying here."
