"Great 5 star hotel! The entire staff went above and beyond for our entire stay. The room was incredible (as was the city view) plus the location connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall makes it super convenient. "

"We always stay at this hotel when we visit Bangkok for the past 15 years. Mostly cause of its location and security. Right next to Paturam Platinum mall and so many other shopping. There are small stores right downstairs with food and more night time shopping. Hotel is secure as the deception is on 6th floor and there are guard at the bottom. Staff is great. Bar has free tea time and dinner shows. Absolutely love this hotel. "
