"The AC did not work well on the 3 days we were there. The hotel lobby, elevators and the 2 rooms we were in (they had swapped us rooms) did not go down to a cool level. The hotel staff admitted there was an issue in the hotel with AC that was "being worked on". They had provided us with complimentary breakfast to compensate for this, but this is not what we would have expected from a 5* hotel and doesnt help when the weather is 35C outside."

"The hotel was impeccably maintained and a very luxurious reflection of a typical Thai design. Service was outstanding and hospitality and personal service as good as it gets. Rooms in deluxe condition and dining options were good although the dining options seemed to be in changes to higher quality than some. The Sunday Brunch is renowned for high end also drawing a very high end Thai and foreign clientele."
