"We booked this hotel for a Monday–Saturday stay but checked out on Wednesday. Unfortunately, we decided to move to another hotel after encountering three roaches—one in the hallway and two crawling across plates in the dining room. While the staff were kind, communication was difficult as many did not speak much English. When we asked for washcloths, we were told to use hand towels instead. The property itself has some nice features: the outdoor pool was clean and offered a lovely view of the city, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the rooms felt small even though we had a two-bedroom suite, and the balcony was locked and unusable. Overall, the hotel has potential with its amenities and friendly staff, but issues with cleanliness, communication, and room functionality made our stay disappointing."

However staff can be more professional for a 5 star hotel, they seem to more friendly to white customer than Asian which is not that great for my POV. e.g the hotel manager hold small talk with the French in the lift but didn’t even acknowledge my existence and say hi, things like that it’s a bit strange. "
