The singer on the evening of February 16 was great & fun. The mall is conveniently located just across the parking garage. BTS in conveniently located right there as well. This made our stay perfect. We loved it! I would stay there again."

Some oversight in rooms management as rooms prebooked 3 weeks ago was not ready on arrival at 11pm needing wait of extra 1.5 hour until past midnight when we're exhausted through air travel. But generous compensation given with meal voucher and room upgrade."
