Even though it was a non smoking room but for whatever reason the room seems to have the smoking smell whenever we came back to the room. Room is abit dated, main door couldnt close properly,sink tap handle needs replacement. Stayed for 2 nights,overall still ok..hope for a better experience next round"
"We had a really nice stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and room was very spacious and clean. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and were very happy with it. The buggy service to Siam Paragon was very convenient for us. There was a spread of different cuisines for breakfast which was amazing. On our last day, it was one of our friend’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast which was a nice touch! We also went to the spa, Thann Spa and enjoyed it very much. Overall, very happy with our experience here and will be back! Thank you for the great service! "
"The accommodation was excellent, and the staff are very helpful. We loved the pool, which was actually the reason we chose this hotel. It definitely didn’t disappoint. People considering this hotel might want to bear in mind that it doesn’t sell alcohol. We missed this fact, though it’s specified on the hotel website. My partner got some beers from a nearby 7/11 so it wasn’t an issue for us - more of a surprise. "
