"The hotel was a great place to stay when visiting Palma. The price was right, the rooms were clean, and they were large, and I believe every room has a Seaview and a balcony. It was a bit of a walk to get to the historic District. But that wasn’t a big deal for my wife and I as we like walking. Probably not the place for kids who wanna go swimming in the ocean. But a great place for people who want to visit the historic district of Palma Mallorca."

The only negative was, the hotel was up a steep hill making access to public transport a difficult climb for older guests. Taxis were difficult to get at certain times. Enjoyed the pool, gym, staff especially Marta and Enrique. The food was excellent and good value. We would stay there again."

The staff were incredibly helpful, from ordering cabs, assisting with our bikes, storing our bike boxes, making recommendations and generally be some of the most kind and helpful people we’ve ever had at a hotel. The food was excellent and there were many gluten free options for breakfast. We used the pool and bike room, both were clean and comfortable. The riding straight from the hotel was excellent. Five starts out of five."
