"Room was immaculate with comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen and towels. Hot shower and spacious, quiet room. Breakfast was exceptional really set you up for the day. Staff were brilliant both in reception and during breakfast and had maps and local information etc. Less than a minute to the local bus stop (number 47 into town, 46 return) or you can enjoy a 45 minute walk along the prom to the old town. Would stay here again. "

"Nice enough hotel, a bit vanilla. Everything is ok but nothing about the hotel feels four star. A good three star. Double room was very small, no side unit on one side & not blackout as described. Gym is decent but opens too late in the morning. Well located for the main city & ideal for the theatre."

"The staff were super friendly and the room was great. We had a view of the ocean and it was gorgeous! It was direct access to the beach which was perfect! Many restaurants and cafes were around the hotel as well. The bus station was right by the hotel which made transportation super easy. The buffet breakfast was also great! Overall a perfect stay!!"

"Very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and a fantastic team looking after you. This place is great. It is small but if you are looking for somewhere to have as a base and then get out and about then this place is perfect. Theres a bus stop just outside which means you can get around really easily. Pablo was fantastic and really helped us so much while we stayed. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed so thank you so much! The only thing it didnt have was an iron but I think they did have a laundry service. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. You can take a short 5 min walk into Cala Major and get to the beach and some lovely resturants (check out Scratch!) or take a longer walk past all the boats in the marina to Palma and take a look around the cathedral and more resturants. I didn't check out the roof bar but we stayed out of season so can't comment on that. And there was hardly any noise from the road once the door was shut. We will definitely be back, thanks again!!"

"Room in good condition, staff are courteous, pictures online are accurate. However, receptionist charged me a different price to pay at property when I've asked her to check 3 times on 2 occasions on the day of check in, the next morning they called me at 8AM mentioning that I am the one who made the mistake..."
