"We loved the room itself, the extremely comfortable beds and pillows (even the fold-out couch bed!) We really appreciated and enjoyed the included water, fruit, and snacks, and the bathroom and shower were wonderful. We'll definitely be staying there again next trip to Sevilla!"

"We chose the hotel due to its location and being pet friendly. Despite charging €60 for the dog for 2 nights nothing was provided, not even a bowl, very poor. The room was average, we found the mattress to be very uncomfortable but the hotel was able to immediately provide a topper which really helped. Our room was not in a good position, on the first floor on the side of the hotel, so we experienced residual noise from the cafe on the ground floor both morning and evening and also very little privacy from the window. On the positive side, there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom and there was both a kettle and coffee maker in the room, (but no milk). One small bottle of water provided also. The hotel was busy and only one of the two lifts was operating over the 3 days we were there. We also saw a sign more than once saying the rooftop bar was full. We live in Spain and will return to Sevilla but we would pay more money and stay elsewhere."

"We didn’t realize how luxurious the hotel was when we booked it. The room was comfortable and clean, and service throughout the hotel was outstanding: cleaning staff, breakfast, and dinner. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top: baked treats, fruit, juices, cured meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereals, and more I can’t remember. The location is walkable to lots of top sights, but not super close. If you like to walk around, as we do, the location is great; if you prefer to be “right there “, not so much."

"We were in Madrid last week and were planning to travel to Sevilla last week for two days and a night at Ocean view hotel. Unfortunately my daughter had a soar throat and bad cold and we decided to postpone our trip to Sevilla one day later. I called and talked to Sergio at the hotel. I explained to him that we are long customer of Hotel.com and explained to him our situation. He was very nice and accommodating. He agreed to change our reservation for the following day without any penalty or extra payment although the notice was late. My daughter cold was not getting good enough for her to travel next day and I had to ask Sergio for the second time to postpone our reservation to the follow my day and he was kind enough to do it. To make the story short unfortunately we ended up not being able to go to Sevilla this time but I was very impressed by this hotel and particularly Sergio and Hotel.com to accommodate us and extend their services. Sergio was very kind and caring and definitely we are going to this hotel next summer because I am sure the hotel is as good as its staff and will use Hotel.con for our reservation because they were very accommodating and considerate as well. Thank you for the good services "

"Amazing experience at Only YOU Hotel Sevilla. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — the entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel made the stay feel special and relaxing. The food was also spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Another huge plus was the location: being so close to the train station made transportation and connectivity throughout the trip extremely easy. On top of that, most of Sevilla’s main attractions are only about a 25-minute walk away, making it a perfect balance between comfort and convenience. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla."

"Hotel was good although beds were very uncomfortable (too hard). Buffet was good in the evening 24€ and for breakfast 13€. There is lots to choose from and the food is really good. The al a carte restaurant wasn’t that good. Waiter we had was inattentive and the food was not good. Front desk and travel / activities staff were friendly and knowledgeable. "
