Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.

Nice and clean boutique hotel in the heart of Taiping. Located near the Midnight Market (open 1900-2400), we are spoilt for choice of cheap and good local food. The new hotel is well equipped with the necessities of a traveler (wifi, charging points, iron, hair dryer, drinks). Service is good and Michelle at the front desk is very helpful. The only cons about the hotel is the lack of parking. Would still book this hotel again if we are visiting Taiping.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by.
There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries.

Local eatery located diagonally across the hotel entrance, with good variety local food , named Moon and Moon, branch of established local brand it seems. Attached to the hotel is famous Oldtown white coffee restaurant, great local breakfast from 7am, enjoyed the substantial Nasi Lemak with satay, wonton noodle dish is good too!
