"The Roost was incredible! I loved the 1 bedroom unit. It was huge, the kitchen is well stocked, it’s brand new, the design is so pretty, having a washer dryer and the kitchen was the best and I also loved the cafe in the lobby and being able to drive in and out without having to deal with a valet. They offered garage parking or a parking lot. I did the lot and it was so convenient. I’m just bummed I initially stayed downtown and didn’t immediately stay at Roost! Next time I’m in Baltimore - I’ll stay here again or in other cities Roost is located. Everything was top notch and the employees were all so friendly! "

"We arrived at 3:30 am and had to wait 30 minutes for their reservation system to turn over and be available. Then the door key did not work. I was told there would be no charge for the room because of the problems but have not check to see if that was done or not."

"The only issue that I had was that my bathtub was dirty with black hair and soap suds on it . I told them about it and they didn’t correct the situation. I had to clean the bathtub myself. They apologized about it but I wanted action taken. "

"Would definitely stay here again. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were a nice size. Only stayed for here from midnight til about 7am but enjoyed the stay. "
