"A beautiful old Hotel in the city center. Staff wonderful,room small but clean, complementary drinks in the mini bar. All was great til we went to use the Spa we had booked to use. Out of Order! But could use one at another hotel...7 min walk! Not impressed. Was offered a complementary wine for compensation. Enough? Not really. Did get a 10% discount which to us was an appropriate gesture.. We weren't the only couple unhappy. Staff did deal with us in an appropriate way and did apologize, and with a little compensation we were satisfied. Again ,all the staff were very friendly and we Would stay again, but check to see if the Spa area is functional"
