"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

"Super schönes Hotel mit leckerem Essen, tollem Service und einer sagenhaften Aussicht mitten in den Weinbergen. Tolle geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Zimmer im Haupthaus. Die Matratze könnte ein wenig härter sein und die Vorhänge könnten weniger Licht am Morgen durchlassen. Ansonsten alles tiptop! "This hotel, spa, and dining experience was the highlight of our second honeymoon (after 30 years). It was surprisingly affordable for the level of service and amenities, and it is located in a charming rural village. I have rarely eaten a better meal. "

"Everything is just perfect. The room, the spa, breakfast, the meals at the restaurant, the staff. One advice to the hotel: try to fix the shower slippery floor, it is way too slippery and dangerous, especially for old people. Everything else, just perfect. It will be my stop every time I return to the region."

"Very smart hotel. Used it as a stopover on the way back from Austria. Good choice. Close to the motorway, and in a nice town. Lovely room. But the best part was a very nice restaurant, and we ate outside under the wisteria.. Very friendly service in the hotel, restaurant and breakfast room."

"We stayed in the Gasthaus for 2 nights. Check in is at the hotel which is about 200 yards away. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast is at the hotel but is extremely good and staff all very helpful. We had our dog with us, so having a park literally at the back of the Gasthaus was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Would certainly stay again."
