The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. "Great location very close to the Tower of London and reasonably close to the Tower Hill tube station. The room, 852 needs cosmetic updating and no direct plugs available for electronic devices. The room view was of the St. Katherine Docks with nice walk areas around the docks. The only minus was the lack of A/C but a fan was provided which made the space comfortable even with temperatures in London higher than is normal for July."
