"Friendly, professional welcome. Excellent clean and comfy room with great views across the marina. Lovely staff at reception, in the dining room and bar, and also the boat pilot that took us to the beach. Fantastic breakfast, wonderful fresh fruit selection, and perfect piano background music. "Great hotel, exactly that you’d expect for the price. Right on the new town strip, yes it is loud, however that would be expected based on the location. Lovely pool, restaurant area. Really friendly staff, check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend a pool view room!"

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
