"Staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating, communicated everything clearly to me and ahead of time so I could be prepared on my arrival. The location is perfect for people wanting to be walking distance from local restaurants, plazas, parks etc. no complaints everything was perfect, apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. "The property manager was very polite and instructions for checking in were very clear. The only reason that I can't give a 5 star rating is due to the property not listing accurate photos of the place from the inside. Online, the photos of the room and living area looked very clean, modern and cozy. When I walked in I was surprised to see that the apartment didn't look at all like the photos posted.

"Very confortable flat for 4 persons, nice fourniture. Not in the center but very comfy and calm with supermarket, good restaurant, butcher and public transport near by.
Don't be suprise with the check in and out there will be no one to welcome you. Every thing is explained by mail or phone."

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked.
I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"The place was really lovely and everything was a good walkable distance away but the air conditioning was terrible! My partner and I could barely sleep as the place was boiling hot. I tried messaging multiple times to have someone sort this out but I only got automated messages. When someone finally answered, I was only told that people were coming to sort it out. "Beautiful new hotel in the Santos district of Lisbon. Short walk to all of the attractions of the city centre, with the nearby Belem district also easily accessed from Santos station.
The hotel itself was spotless, and the room was really modern and brilliantly designed with everything needed for an excellent stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious!
Will absolutely be staying here everytime we visit Lisbon. "

"This apartment was fantastic. Exceeded my best expectations. The living space was large enough to accommodate 2 very comfortable twin beds, a dining room table and chairs, a kitchen nook that had a stove top, oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, etc, dishes, glasses, silverware, lots of cooking utensils etc, small refrigerator, dishwasher and just about anything you might need. Everything about the apartment was immaculate. There was a lovely deck with a table and chairs. The wall off the deck was a lovely wall of patio glass doors that could be covered with solid doors for privacy and light elimination. The bathroom was very large and had a great shower that was also quite large. The hot water took a few minutes to happen; but, be patient because once it comes, it’s fantastic. Towels were great. The facility had a fun spacious lower level with tables, pool table and a kitchen nook, water dispenser and computers. It is located on a hill; but, it’s worth the climb. There’s a wonderful coffee shop Heim just down the hill, not too far. We felt the location was great; as, besides the coffee shop, there were lots of restaurants and a grocery store, also. I especially loved that there was a beautiful, historic Catholic Church only about a 5 minute walk away. The communications with the staff were very quick, professional, accommodating and attentive. The security code to get in was easy to use. It also has an elevator or you can use the stairs. "
