"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"Bed was so comfy and the hotel was so incredible that we contemplated changing our flights home to stay longer at the Felix 10! From the first moment arriving at the hotel, there was the most incredible cinnamon/clove scent that was warm & inviting and the decor was cool & sophisticated. The staff were very helpful showing us the entire hotel and offered us coffee & water when we first arrived. The rooftop had the most beautiful sunset view with comfy seating, the rooms were bigger than expected and the deep soaker tub was SUCH a nice bonus! Shower had amazing pressure, A/C & smart TV worked great, and wifi was reliable. Not in a super bustling neighbourhood but close enough to walk to most places within 15-20 mins, though we mainly used the cheap Bolts bc of the heat & hills, though there was an AMAZING pizza spot (Bonkers!) around the corner that I'd also highly recommend. Can't say enough about how great this hotel is! Absolutely booking here again next time we're in Lisbon!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen was handy for keeping supplies in the fridge or heating up simple food. The location was fantastic and there are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The units are nicely renovated and the building is quite secure but it needs a solid deep clean. It was clean enough to stay in but with more attention to detail, it would be a lot nicer. It has more of a hostel vibe but, it was good for our purposes and the price is reasonable."
