"Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool and Turkish bath and spotlessly clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious - so much choice! We were happy to walk to nearby local restaurants and even walked to the Cathedral but do wear comfortable shoes as the hotel is a walk from the main centre and mainly uphill. Would definitely recommend."

"Be aware that this hotel looks fine in the main areas but the rooms are a completely different story. Despite requesting a room on a lower floor, we were put in the top floor with an extremely steep staircase & no staff available to assist with bags when we checked out. The beds were uncomfortable & the bathroom was a hazard. There was an absurdly designed step up into the shower & toilet with slippery tile. The locks on the door are difficult to use & half the time, we basically had to go all the way back downstairs to get someone to open our door. For the price this hotel charges, find a better property. The staff were nice but that doesn’t make the place a good enough experience for the expense. "

"Firstly the property is not as advertised. There is a shared kitchen and living space in another floor to the apartment. The apartment itself is very small. There was no check in instructions, while it was raining and cold we had to find the door, buzz, then the door opened to the building. Then you have to go to floor 3 and check in, then your apartment is on another floor. Luckily there is an elevator. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Félix 10! We spent 3 nights with our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, shower was great, the room had a nice view and all the little amenities from various types of lights to nice European hair dryer and straightener, espresso machines and water and even chocolates to celebrate Easter. The main patio and rooftop are both very nice and the view is beautiful. We had breakfast one of the mornings which was really good - various pastries, fruit, jams, meats a cheeses, eggs and juice / coffee. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to share their beautiful city with recommendations. The location is quiet and just outside of the touristy area but still in walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants, markets, and the oceanfront. The only thing that’s missing is a pool or spa but we were so busy we didn’t miss it! Thanks for a great stay! "
