Javier, the hotel attendant, was especially helpful—he patiently took the time to walk us through some of the best restaurant options in the area. Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, and the thoughtful placement of the furniture and lighting created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for me and my friends. Everything felt well-designed and seamless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was Fado night. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively, and the musicians were fantastic. The restaurant manager, Antonio, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the evening truly memorable. The hotel is also right in the heart of the city center, which made it very convenient when we had tours scheduled and needed to meet with several tour guides. "So much noise from inside the hotel and out, could not sleep. Pillows were like bags of clumped material, no support and sore neck as a result - did ask for additional pillows as you only get one per person, but it was the same as the first. Also, the toilet had only a could of inches of space in front of it, meaning you have to sit on it sideways to use it if you're over 5ft tall. "
