I’ve never had such attentive, respectful and available staff before at a hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely. You can tell the owners take pride in their brand. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful modern hotel a bit away from the hectic Liberade, but still very walkable to this area and other neighborhoods as well. Hotel staff very attentive and friendly. Only downside, they had only a USB port next to bedside tables rather than an outlet. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center, with plenty of restaurants, attractions, and things to do nearby. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to assist with any of our needs and made our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to Leandro in Guest Services. He was incredibly attentive and would even call our room to check in, make sure everything was going well, and ask if we needed anything. His outstanding hospitality really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service.

Family friendly hotel with very good facilities. We used two of the restaurants, the rooftop bar and the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. Location is close to the Metro which makes it easy to travel around the city.

Very nice hotel, the location is the best, near to everything, especially the old town. I coud do everything walking or using the eletric rentend stuff. The breakfast is very good, with lots of options to eat. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The restaurants at the hotel are great too!
