The grounds are stunning. The food was delicious. My room was not especially in good condition. I had old food on the floor from a previous occupant. My ceiling leaked with the rain. It was a beautiful old building. But I am disappointed in my experience.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Restaurant was understaffed but staff they had worked hard and were very positive and friendly. Hot tubs were not hot, one needed maintenance it wouldn't get warmer than 94°.

With it being a historic hotel, there were obviously some issues with the overall condition of the room (the beds were lopsided, tiny bathroom, window AC completely blocking the view), but the history, activities, amenities, and atmosphere make up for it.

Our stay at the Crescent Hotel was really nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in (107) was nice, early 1900s with modern updates. We did have some small “activity” with our closet door opened slightly in the middle of the night and then our full spectrum camera record button was pushed, stopping the video recording. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower was poor and when you drain the bathtub, water backed up into the sink momentarily, with rancid sewer smell. The smell took some time to dissipate.

I loved the unique grounds and opportunities for exploring they have. I like staycations usually and they have a heated pool and hot tub that makes it worth the trip.

Love the Crescent! You can be ghost hunting, enjoying the culture of the place, or just taking in all Eureka has to offer here. This place is off the beaten path but the rooms are so unique and it takes you back in time. We will be back!!

We enjoyed our visit ( first!) to Eureka Springs AR and the Crescent Hotel. The room was larger than expected, very clean , (except for the grout in the shower around the tiles could use a good scrubbing), the staff was nice , and we enjoyed the ghost tour ! Outdoors they seemed to be working on a lot of areas so it was a bit in disarray... maybe getting ready for spring? There seemed to be a lot of stuff lying around in areas where the guests could go , but I am thinking usually this isn't the case hopefully, just a lot of work going on.... wanted to try the pool but we ran out of time. Maybe next trip! It is an old Victorian hotel so it has it's own uniqueness and isn't full of spiffy modern - ness of some hotels so you shouldn't expect it. But it has an ambiance of it's own and we liked it. Didn't encounter any ghosts but enjoyed hearing the stories, and meeting the current hotel cat, Jasper, who is 16. We visited Morris's gravestone outside the hotel; he is the ghost cat that is sometimes seen in the hotel. The crystal dining room was really nice for Breakfast; was not open for dinner the Thursday night we were there , so we found a place in town to eat. You can walk down to the town easily and the hotel shuttle picks you up on demand when you call, up til 10 pm; it was nice not to have to walk back up the steep hills after dark. Most of the shops were closed the thursday late afternoon/ evening we walked around; I imagine they would be open later weekends?

Spooky and fun. Room was small but charming, amenities were present (but seemed a little out of place), honestly we spent the entire day exploring the grounds and never got bored. Love this hotel and will be returning 🙂

Loved it because it’s a genuine pc of history . I have seen spirits since I was a kid and I had no idea where we were staying until we got there. I could immediately tell I was in a place with lots of activity. Took a ghost tour and had dinner at the bar. Wonderful night.

We enjoyed the history and ambiance of this hotel. The restaurants are a little pricey but good. If you go, stay more than one night. We will definitely go back for a longer stay to enjoy more of the amenities. If you want the ghost tour, make sure to choose the extended tour at 10pm

Our room and bathroom were too small for paying $200. The bathroom has mold in the tile grout on the walls of shower. The location at the top of the stairs and close to the restaurant noise was too loud and disturbing

We had a wonderful first stay at the Crescent. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants were excellent. The ghost tour was great. The doors were a little squeaky but that added to the spooky atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

This was my second time staying at the Cresent. It was such a fun stay for a girls trip! The ghost tour was awesome and the hotel had an easy to use shuttle service! The hotel also had fun activities such as hatchet throwing and a heated pool! Will take a trip here again!

It was a lot of fun, absolutely great service! Only complaint is it could have been a bit cleaner, hair in shower and bath, lipstick on towel.. We did not get to see a ghost but did hear a cat in 3600 and my partner “ dreamed” of an spiral thing coming out of closet in the middle of the night.

The hotel is very old but she’s in great shape! Everything was clean and very comfy. The bed was so soft. We had a great stay for my birthday! We went during the week, so only one of the restaurants was open. We had the calzone. It was HUGE! Very well made and tasted great! We also did a ghost tour that evening. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We had a blast!

This is a must stay!
We love this place!!! It is not the place to go if you are expecting 100% modern posh and luxury accommodations, as it is a historic hotel that has the look, feel and furnishings of the era it was built. It is beautiful and both restaurants are delicious!!!

Nice people, property badly needs renovation.
Went fir 2 dat family stay. Baried acyivities each day but some did not actually take place (happy hour in Crystal Room) or were expensive ($14 adult hot chocolate, $25 breakfast buffet). Long waits for dinner seating. The hotel is beautiful and historic but badly needs room and carpet renovation. The bathroom was moldy, in poor condition, and very small.

We loved the spa experience and the staff was exceptional and kind. The noise level in our room was horrible. We could here our neighbors entire conversations. The door to the room has a window that allows the hall light to shine in and light up the room all night. The hotel is a beautiful and unique place to visit.
