Was browsing through the lists of hotels available at Sultanahmet in Istanbul, and I knew I had to book Fer Hotel for my holiday. Good location, just a few minutes walk to attractions e.g. Blue Mosque. True to pictures, the hotel is modern and clean.. very comfortable! We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Istanbul immensely. The staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and reception staff even assisted us to get a taxi to the airport. The star of our stay has to be the breakfast buffet spread. Together with the restaurant's breathtaking view, it was a beautiful holiday for us as a family to remember.

This hotel has the most modern facilities that I have seen in a hotel. The staff are very helpful and for that I am so grateful. They have a proper pick-up area, making it easy for vehicles to wait for guests, without causing traffic.

Superb hotel with excellent breakfast and outstanding hospitality. The location is very convenient, especially being just a short walk from the mosque. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality throughout. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful — they even offered to bring items up or down for us when we couldn’t make it in time. Friendly and informative concierge staff allow us to check in with no hassle. The hotel was located in a fantastic location with lots of good food and awesome shopping! The rooms are very comfortable and very well furbished. Breakfast was wonderful and we were served by very attentive staff. A mere 10 minutes walk to Osmenbay Metro stop and you get to eat and shop along the way!
