Positives- Easy walking distance from town center. Spacious lobby, nice looking pool comfortable bed able management Negatives- Hallways are humid and uncomfortable. Most likely due to indoor pool that is below the halls. Air Conditioning works but takes awhile to cool room, and bathroom does not get cool easily. Potential maintenance issues as daughter's room smelled of a sewer in the middle of the night. We wanted a refund, but could not as we booked through this 3rd party, so we will try to deal with them. Mgr was professional and did what she could, but we were left with a less than positive feel with the place.

Great location just outside the city walls. Easy walking distance into the city. Hotel was clean, with great facilities. Good selection of food at breakfast which was always fresh.

The people at the front desk were amazing. Very courteous, friendly and helpful. Of note is Duarte who helped us immensely with booking dining options. We loved the 4 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The grounds were also very well kept. The only thing is we wish the fences at the back pool was higher for more privacy. We would also have appreciated more bathroom amenities such as lotion, cotton swabs and ear buds. But we did appreciate the free drinks in the fridge.

Good Value for location and fab hotel !
The bus ( Flixbus ) Dropped me bang outside the hotel. I thought check in allowed was a bit late. HOtel was fab - great staff, food , ambience, rooms were well appointed. There were refillable soap and shampoo but conditioner was missing and so was the moisturiser so carry your own. It is practically within the town centre just outside the wall so don't be put off as it is a three minute walk into the old centre. Nothing i sfar away in Evora.Will I stay there again - yes !

Liked Hotel good location the Hotel staff was helpful very nice friendly Beds comfortable clean lots of self parking but terrible air conditioning did not work properly and room was very warm surprised for a newer hotel to not have good air conditioning..Breakfast buffet was average not much COVID protocol as far as everyone touching all the serving utensils..

Great experience at this facility. We did not have our room available for us because of some computer hiccup. They had to offer us a smaller room. Not a big deal for a one night stay. Customer service was amazing. We’ve been offered free dinner with wine, free garage parking. Great facility, clean rooms, excellent choices of food for dinner and breakfast. 5 star for customer service, hands down. Would stay again. Thank you kindly.

Can not be more pleased with staff. From the very beginning to the last moment of checking out. Room we reserved was not available and we had to settle for a smaller room. Not a big deal for one night stay. We were given free dinner with unlimited wine, garage parking. Every staff member was so nice and apologetic. Great dinner and more than adequate breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. Thank you.
