Só senti falta do chuveiro na área da piscina, iluminação a noite, decoração alusiva a réveillon e música na área de lazer, já que a hospedagem aconteceu da passagem do dia 31/25 p/ 1/26 mas o hotel havia sido inaugurado no dia 29/12 então foi compreensível que ainda não esteja tudo pronto, mas no demais só tenho a agradecer por tudo e com certeza voltarei ❤️"

You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there."

The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture.
