I had to call for directions, and the staff ACTUALLY answer the phone! Awesome! The property is tucked behind a storage conglomerate on a dead end street so I had to get verbal directions. The staff was friendly and great! The room was perfect; the lamp shade was cracked but did not affect lighting. Highly recommend!!!

There was no hot water whatsoever so we couldn’t take a shower in the morning, the refrigerator didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, only 1/2 the lights worked, the coffee maker didn’t work and there was white patch marks on every single wall. I won’t stay here ever again. I talked to the front desk and was told the manager would be informed. I called back. No one was ever informed. 2/10

The room was freshly renovated and clean, the bed was a very comfortable with lots of pillows, the shower was amazing, the water stayed hot and the pressure was great. They have a nice pool and the staff was all very friendly. Overall a great experience and I will stay there again.
