"“The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the appearance of the property. The pool area especially was not well maintained, and the pool water was very cloudy — almost like blue mud. This was my first time staying here, and while the customer service was great, I’m not sure I would return.”"

"The Study is a beautiful property, located well if you need a place near the university. The views of the city are pretty. Excellent lobby with ample seating, artwork, flowers. Lots of room to sit and work. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant itself seems popular. The bedding is super comfy!"

"We arrived at the hotel at 5 p.m., but our room still wasn't ready for check-in. They offered us a larger room, but only for an additional cost. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Overall, it was disappointing."
