"Loved the big rooms. Windows desperately needed washing. We did not participate in the breakfast but the place was crowded when I went for coffee. We also did not participate in dinner except for the free glass of wine. Loved the valet parking but they need more organization and direction. We went to check in they parked my car with our stuff in it after they told us to check in and get the stuff after. Took over 30 minutes to get the car when checking out. Only one person doing it all for 10 cars in the que. I did use the hot tub but the pool was too cold. Shower was great in the room and for the most part very quiet. I would consider using this chain again."
