"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "A lovely hotel which as a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable in. The staff are so lovely - friendly, helpful and attentive. Very well located in Senegambia and I was able to walk to places around there easy. Clean room and facilities which made my stay comfortable. "
