We only stayed there to sleep after a show at Pala Casino and left first thing in the morning. The room was very very clean, bed super comfortable. We checked in late at night, staff was friendly. Check in and check out very fast and efficient.

Person checkin in stated he was new and he seemed “LOST” took longer than it should of. Also when checking out stood in the lobby for significant time until someone walked by. Otherwise very restful sleep with beautiful grounds

Unbelievably brutal and rigid check-in policy. We wanted an early check-in - perhaps 2:30 PM because we were attending a wedding reception at 3:30 PM. We were told that we could check-in at 3:00 but anytime earlier including 2:30 would cost an additional $65.00. Hotel was desolate - at least it appeared so from the parking lots. Absolutely inflexible.

This fee ensures that our housekeeping staff has sufficient time to prepare the room for the next guest. "Resort" is misleading
This place did not look at all like the pictures online. There were only three ice machines in this entire hotel, and they were all outside buildings that were no where near our room. There was no snack machine nearby. If you wanted anything to eat, you either had to drive back up to the office, or drive down the road somewhere to find something to eat.
