Greeted by the smell of pot, body odor, and cigarettes. Staff struggled to find a clean room to put me in and lacked social skills. Advertised amenities not functional, such as TV, hot tub, or morning coffee. Loud guests in the hall until 11 pm and thin walls.
Linens appeared clean but the bed was not properly made. The bathroom was gross.
Toilet and shower not clean. Noisy, smelly AC unit. I didn't want to touch anything!

When we booked the room it included a pool and breakfast. They no longer provide this. The toilet was dirty and the parking lot had garbage all over it. It was not a good stay. They also have removed the coffee pots and microwaves from all the rooms. We needed these for medical reasons. Not happy
