This place is perfect for what it is!!! Priced correctly for a Hotel with a front desk person. Felt very safe and got a good night’s sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to visit family. It wasn't in a great location. The room itself was okay, although the first pillow I tried was like sleeping on a couch cushion--awful. The second was a little better. There was really only one spot to open a suitcase, so the other stayed on the kitchenette counter. We knew when we reserved the room that it did not come with breakfast--although upon checking out there was a pot of coffee in the lobby area. The front desk person checking us in was really nice. Overall, it was fine but nothing to rave about.

The clerk at check in was rude. I almost cancelled and went to another hotel, but choices were limited. There was no microwave, no elevator to the 2nd floor. If you are elderly or have disabilities, the walk up is not an option. Access to the hotel is inconvenient and actually a little bit dangerous as you have to exit off, U turn, then immediately cross a frontage road.

The place was better than I expect, it was clean and quite. Doesn't off amenities but I was ok with that since I was not looking for that. I would stay there again, the price was great, property is well maintained, clean, and continuance.

The place was clean. Staff was decent. But my major concern was the locks on my room. It was easy to open without the electronic key card, turn handle and could easily be pushed open. Even trying to lock from inside would not lock. Only locks was deadbolt and door handle locks, There was no other locks like most other place for added security. I reported the problem and they said they fixed issue but did not. Did not feel safe ESPECIALLY AFTER SEEING 4 SHERIFF CARS THERE WHILE SITTING ACROSS STREET WAITING TO CHECK IN. So instead of saying anything else I let it go because lady in front was already having a bad day. So i did not sleep well that night after, already driving 2.5 hours being at coliseum since 7am and then had a big event to attend next day at the coliseum next door. Traveled with wife and 2 kids. I was tired so i did not ask for another room because lady in front was doing everything cleaning rooms, front desk check in, laundry, answering phones, so I seen she having bad day and let it be, plus I figured all the rooms was same.

Very nice little hotel. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Look’s recently remodeled. Only downside is that its sits right next to business 301/95. Lots of noise from traffic all nite. A shame since it was great otherwise.

I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk. Hotel is clean, bed was super comfortable, and the water pressure was good! We are on a college visit for my daughter and would stay here again should she decide to go here!

- If there's a kitchen or restaurant inside the hotel, it would be perfect. At least for a breakfast you need to walk out and find a place. - If possible to fit each room with one kettle. - Everything else was awesome from staff behavior, to cleanliness, calm place, and overall peaceful spot. I had a previously great experience. This time, I was preparing to get ready to leave, and about an hour and a half before checkout, while the do not disturb sign was on my door, housekeeping walked in on me while changing. They told me “they knocked” which is no excuse for a room who has not checked out yet and has their do not disturb sign up. I was in the bathroom and did not hear knocks and expected to have full privacy. After being kept awake from 4:00am on by the neighbors slamming things and talking at loud volumes, violating the hotel’s quiet hour posted signs, the walk-in is unacceptable.

Room and bathroom were clean. Tub was like brand new. Towels were fresh and clean as well as nice toiletries. Walls were a bit "thin". My husband said he could hear a convers between 3 men thru the wall,whil sitting on the bed.

Great clean hotel and good location
Thanksgiving trip to spend time with our kids and having this place to rest and recharge was perfect! They are pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. Very convenient location to everything. Will stay again! :)

Okay Choice to Save Money
First, this hotel is NOT on I-95. It is on the "business" spur of I-95 so you drive miles off I-95 to get to it. I almost didn't recognize it because it doesn't really look like the photo and it's in a semi-industrial area. My rating on service was not because of the young lady at the counter. She was fine and called me in advance to let me know that the front desk is closed and door locked after midnight so get there before midnight. I was nearby when she called so no issue but there was no advance warning through hotels.com to plan your trip accordingly. The room was okay. A bit old looking but not dumpy. Bed was comfortable enough and truly didn't matter to me that my room faced the U-Haul lot. It is not the quietest hotel but other guests quieted down before it got too late. There is no free breakfast but the free coffee in the lobby got me out the door. There are vending machines in the small lobby and a common use microwave. I will admit that the access back to I-95 was not difficult, just a bit of a drive. If saving money is important, it's an okay choice.

This is a basic boutique hotel. There is no elevator. It is no-frills. It was exactly what I was looking for. I love this concept and wish there were more hotels like this. Well done!
