"Room was nice. Bed was a little firm for my comfort but room was immaculate. Mu only complaint was actually the pack and play crib I had asked for. It has some staines which I wiped down but I think housekeeping should check a little better. Also breakfast was fast and nice, I did pay for the full breakfast However during check in would have been the time to get the breakfast coupon. I had to ask the front desk attendant in the morning. If you like casino hotels you will like it. If you don’t like casino hotels then you won’t.
They manage to keep the smoking smell as mild as possible in a place that allows smoking, the staff are nice and helpful and the place was very clean.
My only critique would be that it would be nice to have a Native American museum or learning area as it’s a Native American casino. If you didn’t know state laws about gambling you’d think Reno just built a casino smack dab between Roseville and Lincoln. "
