Hacan was absolutely wonderful; we arrived around midnight and starving. He got us a whole chicken dinner with olives, gravy, fries, bread etc. Best chicken I ever ate. Next day him and his wife showed us the Riad and shared history of the home. Both were super helpful and wonderful people. I am proud to say I have friends in Rabat. We are planning to stay again in the spring. If I could give them more stars I would!!!

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in while in Morocco. It’s difficult to find as it’s in the Medina. It is however such a wonderful place with very helpful staff. I will definitely go there again and will recommend

We had a lovely experience and felt immediately at home at this beautiful riad. It is super clean, has delicious breakfasts and authentically friendly and helpful staff who do everything they can to ensure your comfort. We are traveling with our 2year old son and they also did their best to accommodate his needs. Since then we have stayed at another similarly priced riad (in Meknes) and found the standards there to be much lower. It’s really about the small things: clean floors and swimming pool, soft (for Morocco), soft bed linens and towels, good soap in a dispenser, tea and coffee on demand, great location on a quiet street in the middle of the main shopping district… highly recommended!

The staff were wonderful. My daughter got food poisoning and they were super flexible with a late checkout. Beautiful property, stunning details and spacious. Only thing was the bathrooms/sewer system had a bad smell. Kept our bathroom door shut the entire time.

Really nice Riad in a convenient location
Location is within the Medina, in a side street from one of the main paths. Close to the Blue gate so it's very convenient when you arrive and leave. The interior is really nice, and the staff are exceptional.

It may be normal in Fez, but as a bad point, there were some flies in the room or dining rooms. Wifi did not connect well, it could be used only in the reception...

Thank you for your feed back. Wifi has been corrected now. For flies, it is more difficult to face this problem. Using insecticids is the best way but not very ecological..

Lovely Riad in the Medina
Had a lovely stay at this Riad, wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were so helpful and made sure that we had a great stay. Suggested great places to eat and made sure we had breakfast the morning we were leaving before the kitchen was open.

Thank you for your good review ! Concerning the wifi, it was a real challenge to forward everywhere the signal due to the presence of many thick walls. Furthermore, the wifi in the medina is based on the old ADSL (4 mb), we haven't optical fiber internet !

Beautiful
Beautiful place, relaxing with a pool & roof terrace, Youd never know you were in the heart of the old streets. Was a little hard to find initially, but just a few minutes from the blue gate, was always easy to find the way back. Staff are friendly & helpful & I would definitely recommend it.

Très beau Riad, calme et propre. Sobre et efficace. Fin octobre la piscine est trop froide mais la Terrasse est un vrai plus. Pouvoir dîner sur place est également agréable. Tout le Monde était attentionné. Petit-déjeuner sympa. Nous sommes restés 5 jours sur place. C’est trop long sauf si vous prendrez des visites en dehors de Fes

Tellement décevant.. Il avait été convenu, lors d'échange de mail avec l'hôtel, qu'un taxi viendrait me chercher a l'aéroport (je voyage seule). Je prends mon mal en patience cependant apres 1h d'attente et voyant la nuit tombé, j'appelle l'hôtel qui me dit que personne ne viendra me chercher que ce n'est pas prévu Vous imaginez ma surprise étant donné que j'avais justement tout prevu avant mon arriver pour etre sereine puisque je voyage seule dans un pays que je ne connais pas. J'exprime ma colere et je me suis insulté de raciste par le responsable de l'hôtel. Je suis resté assez choqué car l'insulte est arrivée tres vite dans la conversation et de là on me raccroche au nez. À mon arrivée, à l'hôtel, je demande à parler ou avoir les coordonnées du directeur. On me le passe donc au téléphone et de là il s'excuse pour le malentendu du taxi et justifie l'attitude de son employé qui m'a insulté en me disant que les marocains n'ont pas l'habitude qu'on hausse le ton avec eux. Est-ce ce que cela justifie d'insulter quelqu'un ?! Aucun geste commercial n'a ete fait de la part de l'hôtel suite à cela. Et pour courroner le tout, j'ai profitée du toit terasse afin de profiter du soleil et quand j'ai souhaité descendre, je me trouve face à une porte clause..donc je suis enfermée sur le toit.. Vraiment une grande déception ce riad..

Eccezionale da consigliare
Il Riad è molto bello, pulito e silenzioso. Un’oasis di pace, a 5 minuti dalla Porta Blu. La piscina è pulita e l’acqua è fresca. Ideale dopo una giornata di visita. La camera è molto caratteristica e sufficientemente spaziosa. Lo staff è gentile e accogliente. La colazione, in stile marocchino, era ottima e abbondante.

Super petit hotel
Riad super idéalement situé avec un personnel aux petits soins. Que se soit à la reception, les femmes de ménage ou encore aux cuisines tout le monde est gentil et très serviable. Petit dejeuner super également. Et mention spéciale pour Idrissa la femme du hammam et des massages.

Bella zona comune all'interno del Riad. Divanetti molto rilassanti a fine serata, vicino la piscina. Accoglienza con the alla menta durante il check in. Personale attento e disponibile ad aiutarci sulla gestione di alcuni imprevisti. Camera pulita, asciugamani morbidi ed ampia disponibilità di shampoo/bagnoschiuma. Colazione buona.

スタッフ皆さん優しい、温かいリヤド。
雨も降っていた非常に寒い一日で震える体で到着しました。それに気付いたスタッフの優しいこと。チェックインの手続きはそこそこに、温かいミントティーとお菓子を出してくれました。 室内は少し古めかしい部分もありますが、リヤドとしては上等。十分きれいです。 シャワーもお湯が問題無く出ます。 ハマムもありますので、予約の上、利用可能。履いている下着をそのまま使うので、替えのものと袋をお忘れなく。 場所が少しわかりづらいですが、一度行けば覚えられます。 ぜひおすすめしたいリヤドです。

ロケーションは旧市街メイン通りの神学校を通り過ぎ、1本道を入るのみ。入ってすぐのピザ屋が目印で、そこから道なりに3分ほどで到着。 中庭は、外観とのギャップが大きく、非常に美しい。 部屋は狭いものの、清掃が行き届いており良好。ただ部屋の場所によるかと思うがややWiFiが弱い。

홀로하기에도 괜찮은 곳.

Nice Hotel, in Medina, very quiet
It´s a very comfortable Riad, quiet and in the old medina, about 10 walking minutes from the Blue Gate, where you can park your car. The inner court with the small pool has a roof that can be opened/closed according to the weather. Wifi in our room was weak, but good in the pool area. The employees are friendly and very helpful, they speak french and some englisch.

Riad espetacular!
A hospedagem foi muito boa. Esse Riad é espetacular!!! Quando voltar a Fez gostaria de hospedar-me lá novamente.Tanto a limpeza quanto o serviço foram ótimos. Nosso quarto estava com a fechadura estragada, e nem por um momento ficamos inseguros, é um Riad bastante familiar. Se tivesse que dizer um porem foi quando pedimos a janta e tomamos umas cerveja, mas por falta minha não perguntei o preço e claro paguei caro cada cerveja...
