DO NOT COME HERE! If you are planning on visiting Florence bite the bullet and pay to stay closer. The rooms were dirty with hair and stains on the beds. The staff was not helpful at all. There was also used floss in the bathroom. Send help.

You really can't go wrong. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful when needed. All of the amenities are good.
